盛，shèng <形> (形声。从皿,成声。现代汉语词典对“盛”有如下解释：

“shengbao” ----- in Chinese it means long-term, sustaining, bloom and abundant of a mining company’s resources. The square rim imply that the company’s resources is in our control. SADRC standard color khaki－the color of soil－means the earth with rich resources. The whole logo means SADRC as a Chinese multinational would bloom in the world’s resources industries.
